The 10th Annual Hats Off to Volunteers Program recognized individual volunteers making a difference with nearly 70 local nonprofits. The event, hosted by the RB Community Foundation (RBCF), was held at Rancho Bernardo High School and included both the award ceremony and an expo with display tables from 22 of the groups being honored. More than 200 community members attended.

“This is always a wonderful event and the RB Community Foundation is very proud to organize this every year,” shared Debbie Kurth, RBCF President and Hats Off Chair. “We are the only community in San Diego that honors their volunteers with a program like this, which makes this extra special for us. It is a great way to honor all of the individuals that work so hard all year long helping others in Rancho Bernardo.”

Recognized volunteers and groups have made a difference in all areas of Rancho Bernardo life, from health and safety to arts and education, from youths to seniors. Learn more at www.rbcommunityfoundation.org.
