Kids Code at Poway Library
Decoding Dyslexia and ThinkLexic recently hosted a children’s coding event at Poway Library. John D. Rodrigues, author of From High School Dropout to Harvard, taught the program. Children collaborated to build race cars with their newly-learned coding basics and creative thinking skills. “Children were assisted by Rancho Bernardo Leo Club members who enjoyed working with the children,” shared Michelle Perry, Regional Leader of Decoding Dyslexia-San Diego. “It was a fun event at the Poway Library for the entire family.”
