Come to Ed Brown Center for Active Adults from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, to join more than 100,000 older adults nationwide in celebrating the 25th Anniversary of National Senior Health & Fitness Day, the nation’s largest annual older adult health & wellness event! The theme for this year’s event is “Active Today, Healthier Tomorrow.”

Attendees are invited to participate in a Zumba Gold Fitness Class, visit with a host of vendors showcasing a variety of products and services for mature adults, and participate in health screenings. A highlight of the event is a special presentation by Dr. Melissa Vourlitis titled “Reversing and Preventing Alzheimers Disease.” There will be prizes and give-a-ways and a light lunch. The event is free and open to the public.
