Rancho Bernardo’s Ed Brown Center for Active Adults is proud to announce lifeMATTERS, a “living well” symposium on Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event, held at the center, will feature speakers on healthy lifestyle topics, interactive exhibits, free blood pressure screenings, and free flu, pneumonia, and hepatitis-A immunizations, as well as a complimentary light lunch from Chick-Fil-A.

Presentation topics will include cardiovascular disease prevention, poly pharmacy education and awareness, eating healthy, movement for life, fall prevention, and sleep, all discussed by highly qualified experts.
