• 2 1 bottle Koi Zen Cellars Pinot Gris wine
  • 6 cups sliced fresh ripe peaches, chilled
  • 6 cups crushed ice
  • ½ cup Grand Marnier


  1. Combine wine, sliced peaches, and ice in a blender. Pulse until well blended and slushy.
  2. Pour into chilled wine glasses. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier. Garnish with peach slice and enjoy immediately.
  3. If desired, make ahead of time, freeze four hours until firm, and then scoop into wine glasses. Top with Grand Marnier and serve immediately.
  4. Store any remaining slushie in freezer.

About the Recipe: This recipe came about from combining our Pinot Gris wine with fresh peaches purchased at the local farmers market. I wanted something a bit more festive and refreshing for our wine loving friends’ relaxing evening at our koi pond.
