Abby’s Fruit Dip
- 1 block of cream cheese
- ¾ cup of brown sugar (dark or light)
- ¼ cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients with beaters until combined.
- Enjoy dip with fresh fruit. My favorite fruits are strawberries, apples, bananas and blackberries.
*Note: cut unpeeled banana into segments, and rub the cut ends with a lemon to keep banana from browning
Makes: This recipe will make a little over a cup
