• 1 block of cream cheese
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar (dark or light)
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  1. Mix all ingredients with beaters until combined.
  2. Enjoy dip with fresh fruit. My favorite fruits are strawberries, apples, bananas and blackberries.

*Note: cut unpeeled banana into segments, and rub the cut ends with a lemon to keep banana from browning

About the Chef: I am a second grader in Mrs. Woodard’s class at Shoal Creek Elementary. During the week, I really enjoy getting together with Jackson H. and Mia F. for fun educational activities and spending time with all of my good friends and great teachers at the Shoal Creek ESS. On the weekends, my family and I can often be found at the CMR Rec Center for my brother’s basketball and baseball games. My best friend is Meggie and we like to hang out – just us girls and no brothers allowed!
